Unlocking the power of real-time data and analytics is transformational for any organization. In California, Wipfli teamed with the Community Action Partnership of Kern (CAPK) to bring their purpose-driven mission into the 21st century.

Our 360° data strategy is unifying this non-profit’s efforts across dozens of touchpoints to amplify their impact across the communities they serve.

The Challenge

CAPK delivers essential assistance to children, families and individuals when they need it most. But their challenges would be familiar to any business: how to track clients across time and disparate programs; how to deploy limited resources to make the greatest difference, and how to optimize every interaction to be smarter, more personal.

The Solution

Data tech is now empowering CAPK’s staff and those they serve. We have launched apps to manage their homeless shelter, rental assistance program and the call center for their energy program. Soon we’ll be launching ones for their youth center and volunteer tracking. Leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI, we are helping their team unlock better macro and micro trends to steer their outreach with fully measurable impact.

The Results

Beyond maximizing efficiency, our tools fed back continual actionable insights to CAPK.
